Each application can cover up to 2 adults.

Your gross monthly income must equal approximately 3x or more the monthly rent. 

A favorable credit history. Must be employed and be able to show proof of the required income. Good rental references, and good house keeping from your previous landlords for the past three years. 

Limit the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom.

Compensating factors can include additional requirements such as double deposit or a qualified co-signer who falls short of the above criteria. 

Applicants agree to a credit and background check. No theft, drugs, or violence or previous evictions.
